How to manage or cancel your subscription

Everything to do with your subscription — your payment method, your invoices, and cancelling — lives in one place: the billing portal, which you reach from Settings.

Steps

1. Go to Settings and open Billing (under My Account).
2. Click Billing portal. It opens your secure billing portal.
3. From the portal you can:
   • Update your card or payment method
   • View and download past invoices and receipts
   • Cancel your subscription

Cancelling

To cancel, open the billing portal (steps above) and choose the cancel option there. You won't be billed again, and your conversations and transcripts stay in your account — you simply move back to the free plan.
