How to favorite a conversation
Some conversations you'll open again and again — a key call, a reference interview, a recording you're still working through. Favorite them so they're always one click away.
Steps
- Go to your Conversations list.
- Find the conversation you want and click the heart next to its title. It fills in to show it's a favorite.
- Open Favorites in the left menu any time to see just your starred conversations.
Tip: Click the heart again to remove a conversation from Favorites — nothing is deleted, it just leaves the Favorites list.
