How to search across all your transcripts

Anything ever said in your workspace is findable. Search All Transcripts looks across every conversation at once and takes you to the exact moment a word or phrase was spoken — no scrubbing through recordings.

Steps

1. Use the search bar at the top of your workspace — it says Search All Transcripts.
2. Type what you're looking for — a topic, a name, a phrase like "renewal" — and press Enter.
3. Scan the results. Every match is listed with the conversation it came from and your term highlighted in context.
4. Click a result to open that conversation at the matching part of the transcript — click the text to play the audio from that exact moment.

Tip: There's also a Search transcript box inside each conversation for finding something within just that one recording.
