How to favorite a conversation

Some conversations you'll open again and again — a key call, a reference interview, a recording you're still working through. Favorite them so they're always one click away.

Steps

1. Go to your Conversations list.
2. Find the conversation you want and click the heart next to its title. It fills in to show it's a favorite.
3. Open Favorites in the left menu any time to see just your starred conversations.

Tip: Click the heart again to remove a conversation from Favorites — nothing is deleted, it just leaves the Favorites list.
