Sales Call Transcription
Upload a recorded discovery call, demo, or customer conversation and get it back as text in seconds, with each voice grouped under its own editable speaker label — requirements, objections, and next steps in writing. Free, no signup.
How it works
Export the call recording
Take the recording from your conferencing platform or call recorder — MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4, and MOV all work. Recordings up to 5 minutes are free.
Upload it here
Drop the file in. Each distinct voice is grouped under a generic label — Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and so on — so you can see where the conversation changes hands and name the speakers yourself.
Copy it into your notes
Read it on the page, copy it, or download it as TXT, PDF, or Word to paste into your CRM notes or share with the team.
What sales teams use it for
The details that decide a deal are said out loud once. A transcript keeps the wording of requirements, objections, and commitments in writing — worth checking against the recording before you quote it back.
Discovery calls
Capture requirements and budget in the customer's own words.
Objection tracking
See how objections were phrased, rather than how you remember them.
Handoffs
Give onboarding or CS the real conversation, not a summary.
Coaching
Review a rep's call as text and mark up specific moments.
Follow-up emails
Write an accurate recap from what was actually agreed.
Competitive intel
Search back for what customers said about alternatives.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes — transcribing calls up to 5 minutes is free with no signup. A free account raises that to 25-minute files, up to three files per day. Paid plans handle files up to 10 hours, which covers long demos and multi-stakeholder calls.
Does it join or record my calls?
No. This tool transcribes recordings you already have — it doesn't dial in, join a meeting as a participant, or sit in your calendar. Record the call with your conferencing platform or call recorder, then upload the saved file here.
Does it separate the rep from the customer?
It separates the voices, not the roles. Each distinct voice is grouped under a generic label — Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and so on — so you can see where the conversation changes hands, but the tool doesn't know which one is the rep and which is the customer. You assign that yourself, and the labels stay editable. Grouping works best when each person's voice is distinct in the recording; a call captured on speakerphone with several people in one room is harder to separate cleanly.
Does it connect to my CRM?
Not directly — there's no CRM integration. The practical workflow is to download the transcript as text and paste the relevant portion into your CRM notes, or export it as PDF or Word to attach to the record.
Can I transcribe a Zoom or Teams call recording?
Yes. Upload the MP4 or M4A file your conferencing platform saved and we'll transcribe the speech in it — no need to extract the audio first.
Is my call recording stored anywhere?
No. Your file is sent for transcription and is not retained on our servers. Customer conversations often carry confidentiality obligations, so check your own policy before uploading recordings to any third-party tool.
Need more?
A free account unlocks 25-minute files, up to three files per day, plus AI summaries. Paid plans handle unlimited transcripts up to 10 hours per file — enough for long demos and full discovery sessions.
