Do you join or record my Zoom call?

Where do I find my Zoom recording?
Zoom saves local recordings as an .mp4 (video) or .m4a (audio-only) file on your computer after the meeting. Cloud recordings can be downloaded from your Zoom account under Recordings — upload either one.
Does it label who said what?
Yes — the transcript is automatically split by speaker, so each person's part is clearly separated on a speaker timeline.
