How to share a transcript with a link

Need to send a conversation to someone who isn't on AudioScribe? Create a public share link. Anyone with the link can read the transcript and summary right in their browser — no account, no download needed.

Steps

1. Open the conversation you want to share.
2. Click Share in the top-right corner.
3. Click Create Share Link. A public link is generated and copied to your clipboard automatically.
4. Send the link to anyone. They'll see a clean, read-only view of the transcript and summary.

Managing your links

• Set an expiration — tick Set expiration date before creating the link to have it stop working after a date you choose.
• Disable or re-enable a link anytime from the Share window, without deleting it.
• See views — each active link shows how many times it's been opened.
• Delete a link to revoke access permanently.

Tip: Share links are read-only — people you share with can read the conversation, but they can't edit it or see anything else in your workspace.
