How to highlight text in a transcript

When a conversation has one line that really matters — a decision, a great quote, a commitment — highlight it so it stands out and you can jump straight back to it later.

Steps

1. Open the conversation you want to mark up.
2. Select the text — click and drag across the words you want to highlight.
3. In the popup that appears, click Highlight.
4. The passage is highlighted in the transcript, and it's added to the Comments panel on the right so you can find every highlight in one place.
